Good to know

The base package requires the booking of 3 rooms, with 2 guests per room, for a total of 6 guests, from $18,000 MXN per night. The 3 rooms are part of the package and it is not possible to book with fewer rooms or guests.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Participating room categories: the rate applies to Family Suite, Triple Room, Standard Room and Garden King, subject to availability.
More than 6 guests? Each additional room has a fixed cost of $6,000 MXN for 1 or 2 people. Each additional guest receives the same package inclusions.
Add a 3rd or 4th person in an eligible room without booking another full room? $1,800 MXN per additional person, per night, with the same inclusions.
Spa treatments are scheduled upon arrival and are subject to availability.
Each meal is enjoyed within its service schedule so the kitchen can prepare and serve food fresh and on time.
Add an extra lunch or dinner? You can do so directly at the hotel, with 10% off food and 8% off drinks.
Tips are not included in the package or its inclusions.

Reservation payment

Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of your package. When booking we share dates, change policies and everything you need to arrive with peace of mind.
This promotion requires 100% payment of the total reservation amount at the time of booking. It is a non-refundable rate.

Cancellation policy · non-refundable rate

Non-refundable rate: this promotion does not allow cash refunds or refunds to the payment method under any circumstances.
Minimum stay: 2 nights for this promotion.
Cancellation 42 days or more before arrival: voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for 6 months from issuance.
Cancellation between 41 days and 72 hours before arrival: voucher for the total amount, valid for 6 months from issuance.
Less than 72 hours: penalty equal to one night; the remaining amount, if any, becomes a voucher valid for 6 months. For one-night reservations, the penalty is the total and no voucher is issued.
No-show: reservation forfeited in full, no voucher.
Recommendation: we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance on your own with an independent provider when booking. The hotel does not sell or manage travel insurance.

Dynamic rates and pricing

At Amaca Beach Hotel Quimixto we use dynamic rates: prices vary according to demand, season and availability. When you book you secure the rate in effect at that moment.
If rates drop after your booking, we cannot offer refunds or adjustments.
If rates rise after your booking, you are not charged the difference.
If you change dates, rates may vary and any difference is paid at the time of change.
