Cancellations and changes

With 42 days or more in advance: cancellation with 100% refund to the original payment method (processing takes 7 to 18 business days).
Within 42 days of arrival: the rate becomes non-refundable; no full or partial refund.
Date changes: possible with 42 days or more in advance, subject to availability. Because rates are dynamic, the 30% discount does not guarantee the same price on new dates; any difference is paid when confirming the change.
No-show or early departure: unused nights do not generate refund or credit.

Getting here: Amaca is reached only by sea, and that is part of the magic. Coordinate the time and boat transfer in advance; weather and sea conditions can affect schedules.
