Good to know

The discount is 25% off your room rate, for bookings made 30 days or more before arrival.
Minimum stay: 1 night, subject to availability at booking.
When booking, tell us how many are traveling (adults, children and infants) so we can quote the right price.
Cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, packages or special offers.
The rate includes accommodation only; meals, activities, spa and transfers are extra. Tips not included.

Flexibility: changes and credit

It is a non-refundable rate (no money back), but your payment is not lost if you let us know before arrival.
Date change: subject to availability and the current rates for the new dates. Since prices are dynamic, the 25% does not guarantee the same price; if the new booking costs more, the difference is covered by the guest.
Future credit: you can also turn your payment into a voucher for a future stay. It is accommodation credit (not cash), applied to the rates in effect when used, valid for 6 months from the request.
No-show or early departure: if you do not arrive on your date without having requested a change or credit beforehand, the booking is lost. Unused nights are not refunded.

Getting here: Amaca is reached only by sea, from Quimixto. Coordinate your boat transfer time in advance; weather and sea conditions can affect schedules.
